Close Pass by Truck on Lowell Blvd; watch what happens to them at the end!

I was headed southbound on Lowell Blvd, in the bike lane, when a white Ford truck close passed me. The video shows there was enough room to give me the 3 feet of clearance that's legally required (as can be seen by other vehicles that passed me around the same time).

I was almost able to catch up to them at the intersection with 136th Ave and I considered letting them know what they did wrong but the light turned green before I could reach them. Funnily, as they turned left they got cut off by a truck+trailer turning right. Made me chuckle a little.
