Dangerous motorcyclist creates near-miss at ~30mph

Headed down Riversville Rd in Greenwich, I have right of way and guy on motorcycle comes to near full-stop at his stop sign at intersection. There is no way he did not see me or my blinking light and took left turn right in front of me forcing quick hit of the brakes and a swerve off my line.
