Idiot Bus Driver

I was riding my bicycle Northbound on Garfield Road this morning around 11:00am when a bus driver pulled out in front of me from a side road. As we approached 10th avenue, he pulled to the side like he was preparing to turn right, blocking my progress to the intersection. But when I pulled up to the left of him, he swerved his bus back towards me for no apparent reason.
