Impatient close pass Elantra driver reported to police – DBD17V

Riding centrally on narrow blind bend road with oncoming traffic was surprised when impatient driver of white Elantra unlawfully close passes. Reported driver to police who conducted investigation but have been updated on the outcome that the driver was not prosecuted for lack of evidence, even despite the driver admitting to police I was riding centrally in the lane.
